New Shopping Center Under Development in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TX — It's hard to miss Crossroads Square, the new 4-acre retail development in The Woodlands.

With a pedestrian friendly piazza and covered walkways, the 30,000-square-foot development in Creekside Park, at the intersection of Kuykendahl Road and Creekside Forest Drive, is a head turner.

Although the site is only 80 percent leased, the developers, Lake Investment Group, believe Crossroads Square will help make the area more vibrant.

So far the developers have only confirmed five retail and dining tenants for the shopping center's five buildings. The confirmed retail and dining tenants include: the Coffeeshop Company, Fuddruckers, MW Cleaners, Refuge Bar and Bistro and Twin Liquors.

Lake Investment has also confirmed that CHI St. Luke's Health will be opening a primary care facility in Crossroads Square. The center is expected to open this fall.
