A Spring father was indicted for letting his son fall out of a moving vehicle.

SPRING, TX — A Montgomery County grand jury recently indicted Matthew Killian, of Spring, on charges of driving while intoxicated and injury to a child.

On May 31, witnesses alleged that a small child fell out of the front seat of Killian's vehicle while he was traveling in the 29900 block of Aldine Westfield Road.

Killian allegedly stopped the car and put the child back in the front seat and drove off with the door still open. Deputies from the Montgomery County Pct. 3 Constable's Office caught up with Killian a short time later.
