When deputies approached Morgans and confronted him about the images, he closed his computer and denied claims that he was looking at child pornography, according to police.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and the Montgomery County Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force were called to the Starbucks to assist with the investigation.

Detectives interviewed Morgans, who confessed to having and viewing multiple pornographic photos and videos involving children, according to police.

Detectives later obtained a search warrant for Morgans computer and discovered hundreds of pornographic photos and videos involving children.

Each of the charges is a third degree felony that carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison if convicted.
