Woodlands Prep School Set to Open New STEM Center
The John Cooper School will open a new 45,000-square-foot STEM Center this fall.
THE WOODLANDS, TX — The John Cooper School will open a new 50,000-square-foot math and science center this fall.
The Rock Math and Science Center will offer STEM classes for grades 6-12 and provide students with a robotics lab, glass classroom walls, designated collaborative work space, integrated technology and a 125-seat lecture hall. The new building will also host John Cooper's first engineering and robotics classes.
Once the new facility is completed, the school's existing science labs in the middle and upper schools will be renovated and used for classrooms.
