Woodlands Township Gets New Marathon Agreement
The Woodlands Township recently approved a new marathon agreement

THE WOODLANDS, TX — A recently adopted contract gives The Woodlands Township more control over the annual The Woodlands Marathon. The agreement will also keep the race in The Woodlands through 2019.
The contract provides the township with final approval over race routes and schedules. The agreement will also free up the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Commissioner's Office, previously the county had been very involved in the details of the marathon.
