First 'Toy Story 4' Teaser: 5 Things We Learned (PHOTOS)

The first footage of "Toy Story 4" is finally here, shedding some light on Woody and the gang's newest adventure out in summer 2019.

Disney and Pixar quietly dropped the first round of teasers for the highly anticipated "Toy Story 4" yesterday and fans are already dissecting every frame. When the film hits theaters on June 19, 2019, it will have been nearly a decade since we've last seen Woody and the gang in a full-length film as the third installment came in 2010. It will also be 24 years after the original classic was released.

From new characters to plot details, we've rounded up highlights from the new clip below. While Disney is dubbing this footage just a teaser, you can expect the first official trailer to drop ahead of "Ralph Breaks The Internet" on Nov. 21, 2019.

Check out 5 things we learned from the "Toy Story 4" teaser below:

1. Returning Characters

Fans can be assured that most of the original gang will return back for the fourth installment. In the trailer, we get a glimpse of Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head, Rex the Dinosaur, Hamm the Piggy Bank, Slinky the Dog and our favorite green alien. (PIXAR/Walt Disney Studios)

2. The Soundtrack

If you are wondering where the iconic voice of Randy Newman is, then you are not alone. Playing though out the teaser is Judy Collins’ cover of Joni Mitchell’s “Both Sides Now,” most likely a nod to the film's plot. All hope is not lost though, as Newman is listed in the credits of the new Pixar installment. (PIXAR/Walt Disney Studios)

Disney quickly treated fans to a second teaser soon after, which gives a glimpse at new characters Ducky and Bunny voiced by the talented duo Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele respectively. 4. Plot Details

When we left the original gang in "Toy Story 3," Andy had passed down his beloved toys to a girl in the neighborhood named Bonnie. In this new chapter, Bonnie adds Forky to the mix and the reluctant character seemingly does not fit in with the crew. Chaos is sure to ensue. (PIXAR/Walt Disney Studios)
