Airline Offers Free Flights to Orlando for Shooting Victims' Families, Domestic Partners

JetBlue provides transport to reunite families with their loved ones.

Loved ones or domestic partners of victims of the Orlando mass shooting can get there and back fast and free, with the help of airline JetBlue.

JetBlue announced on Monday that it will provide free seats on available flights to and from Orlando, for immediate family or partners of those killed or injured. Those family members and domestic partners requiring travel assistance can contact 1-800-JETBLUE for details.

The company's response is being lauded on social media, as the country reels from its deadliest mass shooting to date. Fifty have been confirmed dead and 53 hospitalized after gunman Omar Mateen opened fire in Pulse Orlando Night Club & Ultra Lounge. The motive is still unclear, but it is being investigated as an act of terrorism.
