Winter Storm Harper left buckets of snow, rain and freezing cold temperatures across the central and eastern United States.

Winter Storm Harper has left the eastern United States in total chaos after sweeping through over the weekend. Brutally cold temperatures have since replaced the storm's wrath of snow and rain as power outages, car accidents and coastal flooding continue to mount.

From a giant spinning ice disk on the Presumpscot River in Maine to astounding ice formations in Saint Joseph, Michigan, we rounded up the most surreal photos of the 2019 winter storm.
