ACROSS AMERICA — In 1926, George Morrow had a message for the world.

Morrow, a teenager at the time from northern Michigan, scribbled a simple note before tucking it inside the safety of a glass bottle: “Will the person who finds this bottle return this paper to George Morrow, Cheboygan Michigan, and tell where it was found?"

Nearly 100 years later, the message was discovered and is now in the hands of Morrow’s daughter. All it took was a boat captain, a Facebook post and internet sleuths determined to find her. Read the story on Detroit Patch

At 4 months old, baby Zane Kahin captivated the judges of the 2021 Gerber spokesbaby contest "with his cheerful attitude, infectious giggles and playful smile that can light up any room.” So much so that the Winter Park, Florida, baby not only was named the winner of the 11th annual Gerber baby photo search but is the company's first honorary "chief growing officer."
