Here Are The ‘Hottest’ U.S. Neighborhoods: Report

HotSpot Rentals rated these neighborhoods the most desirable in the country based on criteria like transit and walkability.

CHICAGO, IL — Real estate rental site HotSpot Rentals recently published their 25 “hottest” neighborhoods in the U.S., naming usual suspects such as San Francisco’s Mission District and Brooklyn’s Bushwick as the most desirable districts in the country.

The list was compiled after the site did a study measuring each neighborhood based on six factors: walkability, transit, budget, entertainment, lifestyle and weather. Scores for each neighborhood were then calculated out of a 100.

“Put simply, we used data to determine street cred,” the Chicago-based company said on its website.
