LANCASTER, PA – Fourteen students and two adults were injured in a hit-and-run crash Wednesday morning involving a Lancaster Mennonite bus in East Lampeter Township, Lancaster County, and taken to the hospital, according to authorities on the scene. Lancaster General Hospital spokesperson John Lines told Patch there were 20 students and two adults on the bus, and all were transported to the facility.
“The injuries that the students have sustained, many of them are minor, and that’s very fortunate given the situation,” Lines said. “Two of the injured are trauma cases and most of the students and the two adults have been discharged, at this hour."
