It?s official! Inola High School in Inola, Oklahoma has claimed the ultimate victory in T-Mobile?s Friday Night 5G Lights competition, earning a multi-million-dollar football field tech upgrade that will transform game nights for generations to come.

This win caps off an incredible journey, with more than 1,700 entries from high schools across all 50 states. Each of the 16 finalists received $25,000, a T-Mobile-hosted home game experience and the chance to compete for the grand prize. But it was Inola?s passion and determination that carried the day.

A Big Win For A Small Town

Known as the "Hay Capital of the World," Inola is home to 1,897 residents and has 423 students enrolled at Inola High School. But when it came time to rally, this tight-knit community went all out. Inola students drove over 100 miles to pass out flyers in Oklahoma City, called every school district in the state, and emailed thousands of principals and superintendents to spread the word.

T-Mobile honored Inola High School at the SEC Championship Game on December 7 in Atlanta, Georgia, where school representatives accepted their trophy on a national stage. The full reveal of the upgraded facilities will take place during the 2025 football season, promising a new era of school pride and community connection.
