With the 2018 Midterm Election upon us, have you ever wondered which candidate running is currently "breaking the Internet" in your state? Since so many individuals are competing in either the Senate and House race, it's almost inevitable that you'll need to cruise the web at some point to catch up. ProPublica took it upon themselves to create an interactive map to answer all of your burning questions!

Using ProPublica's Election DataBot, you can see the most-searched candidate, committee, or race in your state for the upcoming U.S. election. You can further filter down your results by expenditures, statements or news articles. Among some other neat tricks, the DataBot even displays results for which candidates are currently topping Google Trends, which we've shared below for the week of Nov. 6, 2018.
