Warmer weather is fast approaching, but on the off chance you're not out enjoying the great outdoors, there are a ton of ways to stay entertained inside, too.
Whether you're binging on the latest additions the Netflix library, gearing up to watch summer's hottest blockbusters (or deciding on what to read next in your book club, we've got you covered for May.
Here's the scoop on films, TV shows and books making headlines this month:
See It Or Skip It? "Tully" and More

In the touching new dramedy "Tully," Charlize Theron plays Marlo, a new mother who is struggling to maintain her sense of identity while learning to care for her newborn baby.
Meanwhile, Anna Faris and Eugenio Derbez revive Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell's 1987 favorite "Overboard," in a hilarious reboot by the same name. See more titles coming to the big screen.
The Most Anticipated Summer Films

We still have a few more weeks of spring to go, but we can already tell you which movies are sure to be box-office hits this summer. (Spoiler alert: All of them are jam-packed with adventure.)
In "Ocean's 8," Sandra Bullock and Cate Blanchett plan an elaborate jewelry heist during the illustrious Met Gala in New York City. Fans of the "Mission Impossible" franchise have something to celebrate, as Tom Cruise will reprise his role as secret agent Ethan Hunt in the sixth installment of the series.
And summer wouldn't be complete without a few superhero blockbusters in the mix. Luckily we'll have "Deadpool 2" and "Ant-Man and the Wasp" lighting up the big screen. Here's what else is heading to theaters this month.
What's New On Netflix?

Kids and adults alike can delight in animated classics including "Coco" and "Shrek." Also headed to the streaming platform this month are Netflix originals "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" and "A Little Help With Carol Burnett," as well as favorites like "The 40-Year-Old Virgin," "The Bourne Ultimatum" and "Mama Mia!" One of the best ways relax in the nice weather is with a good book — and there are plenty of gripping new releases to keep you entertained this month and beyond.
With the suspected Golden State Killer having been arrested just last week, Michelle McNamara's true-crime thriller "I'll Be Gone in the Dark," feels particularly timely. In it, she hunts for the man who committed 12 murders and sexually assaulted 51 women in the '70s and '80s.
"Robin" — a poignant, in-depth biography on Robin Williams — and "Fixer Upper" star Joanna Gaines' new cookbook, "Magnolia Table," are also out this month. See the full reading list here.
