Big-time movie producer Harvey Weinstein is taking a leave of absence from The Weinstein Company after a New York Times article alleged that he'd sexually harassed a number of his employees and actresses over several decades.

The article states that Weinstein was involved in at least eight legal settlements with the victims of his alleged harassment, including actress Rose McGowan and Italian model Ambra Battilana. Meanwhile, Ashley Judd has accused Weinstein of inviting her to his room at the Peninsula Beverly Hills hotel years ago, where he asked her to watch him shower, along with other inappropriate requests.

Weinstein, who is married to Marchesa designer Georgina Chapman, has issued an apology of sorts, stating: "I realized some time ago that I needed to be a better person and my interactions with the people I work with have changed. I appreciate the way I've behaved with colleagues in the past has caused a lot of pain, and I sincerely apologize for it." Get the full story.

Well, according to Bollywood actor Ali Fazal, who stars alongside Dench in the film "Victoria and Abdul," working with the actress is nothing short of awe-inspiring.

“I had goo-goo eyes when I first met the Dame,” recalled the Indian actor. “What an honor for me to meet her! I was nervous, but the minute that I walked into the room, she gave me the warmest hug, and the rest is history. She made me feel comfortable and at-ease. She is a gem of a person, and everything an actor should be.”

In theaters this month, "Victoria and Abdul" is a true story about the friendship that transpired between Queen Victoria and her young Indian teacher, Abdul Karim. Read more about the film here.
