Patch Pet Of The Week: Scout
It doesn't get much cuter than our new Patch Pet of the Week, Scout!

Get ready to fall in love because we're back with another amazingly adorable pet of the week — Scout!
First day home
Scout is a 9-year-old rescued Labrador Retriever from Branford, Connecticut. She's also known as Scootie and she is a super easy-going pup. She loves to hang out with her people and chill. However, Scout has been through a lot — she's diabetic and has had cataract surgery.
First day home
Scout was a rescue and she arrived in a van from Indiana. When they took her out and handed her to her new owners, she was so little and so sleepy that they couldn't get her to wake up. They thought maybe she couldn't walk, but an hour later she was running around with a case of the puppy crazies!

Favorite treat
Scootie doesn't just want an average meal, she likes to have herself a proper three course meal. Cheese for the appetizer, filet mignon for dinner, and ice cream for dessert.
Weirdest thing she ever ate
She once pooped out an entire Polly Pocket outfit — shoes, a pocketbook and a dress! The vet told her owners they weren't keeping a close enough eye on her after that one.

Likes
She has some diverse preferences. Scout loves belly rubs, hiking, swimming, her kiddie pool, boat rides and homemade veggie ice pops.
Dislikes
Scout is a nudist. She really doesn't like her collar or her leash. Also, she doesn't like when her mom leaves and she gets really bad separation anxiety.
Funniest habit
Scout is super quick to steal your spot in bed if you get up for a moment. But her intentions are pure. She just wants to give you some extra snuggly love when you come back!
Favorite Toy
She likes her "ChuckIt" brand floatie or she can go for just a boring old stick.
