The Real Reason No One Is Applying To Your Job Post
Don't let your listing get buried on a big site. On Patch, your listing will stay local. With the other guys, who knows?

You can and do do it all, but let's be real: Even Oprah needs help to run an empire. Scouting talent isn't just a way to help your business grow, it's necessary to be successful. Finding the right people can be a challenge — but it doesn't have to be.
Business owners are always on the lookout for new qualified, hardworking team members, and we know how frustrating it can be when you're not getting the amount of applications from a job listing that you'd like. Most times, though, it's not that people aren't interested in the position you're looking to fill. It's just that your listing isn't getting seen by the right people.
When you list a job on the Patch, it will be seen by people in your area who are looking for work. If you're a business owner or a recruiter, this puts you at a huge advantage over those big anonymous job sites. Instead of your listing being buried amongst countless others from all over the map, it will be specifically targeted to potential employees looking for work where you're hiring. This means when a jobseeker looks at the listings on their local Patch, they're seeing only the openings for jobs in the area — including yours.

You can post a job listing in your local Patch for $100, and if you want to expand your reach, it's $25 to post it to every additional Patch — you can choose up to 10. Let's say you want to post a job listing to your town's Patch and to two nearby Patches as well: This will cost $100 for the initial post and $25 for each additional Patch, equaling a total price of $150. Please note that because jobs are listed instantly, all sales are final.
