For Sale: Patch Real Estate Announcements!
We've created a new way to connect you directly to the people looking for homes, open houses and other real estate news in your area.

Selling a house is like falling in love — it only takes one person to make the magic happen. But finding that special someone isn't always easy. A good matchmaker, however, can make all the difference.
That's where Patch comes in.
If you want to get the word out about a home for sale, an open house or any other kind of real estate news, now you can post a real estate announcement on Patch and get it seen by the people that matter most: The ones living next door.

Since Patch is the place for all things local, our audience is, well, local. Instead of getting mixed in with real estate news from around the country, your announcement will be targeted specifically to potential home buyers looking to purchase near you. Genius, right? Here's how it works.
Posting a real estate announcement is easy.

- Sign up for an account on Patch. You can do this through Facebook, verify by credit card (you won't be charged for this step — it's just to make sure you're not a robot) or you can apply directly through Patch.
- Once you're signed up and logged in to Patch, create your real estate announcement. Here's where you provide all the information you want to get out about your listing, event or anything else. You can also include photos and list your contact details to be sure people know how to get in touch.
- Hit "post!"
When you create a real estate announcement, your post is featured on the top of both the real estate and local real estate sections, on the boards and classifieds pages and on your local Patch homepage. Your listing can also be shared on up to 16 Patches at a cost of $99 per Patch, and it will appear on the site for 30 days.
