Shark Week 2017 Begins — And We Think Those Toothy Guys Know

Coincidence that fins are popping up on the East Coast? We're not sure.

Shark Week, everyone's favorite yet terrifying summer TV event, returns to Discovery Channel on Sunday, July 23 at 7 p.m. ET/PT and continues through Sunday, July 30.

Celebrating its 29th anniversary, Shark Week 2017 will be filled with never-before-seen shark stories and news on the latest technology being used to research unique shark species. Celebs are also joining the shark-infested fun this year, including Olympian Michael Phelps and "Sex and the City" star Chris Noth. Check out the full Shark Week 2017 schedule so you can plan your week accordingly.
