Watch Kids Tell The Story Of Christmas Like Never Before

With all the hustle and bustle leading up to the holidays, it's easy to forget what Christmas is all about. Luckily, these kids are here to remind you.

Last December, Southland Christian Church in Nicholas, Kentucky, tasked a group of local youngsters with telling the story of Christmas. Then they had members of the church act it out. The results? Pure holiday magic.

"We knew going into it that we didn't want it to be scripted," said Neil Gregory, a video producer on staff at Southland. "Simply because we knew the children would give us better answers than we could ever come up with."

And they were right. The video, which was originally created for the church's Christmas service, had 3.1 million views in a few short weeks after being shared on Facebook. Today, it's up to 36 million.

"The best part though is these are just people we go to church with on a daily basis," he said. "And it's so cool that other people are enjoying it as much as us."
