Feeling Tense? Stretch Your Aches Away With The Backpod
This targeted stretcher helps relieve the head, neck, shoulder and back pain that often results from being hunched over a phone or computer.

If you're still adjusting to working from home, you might not be in the habit yet of getting up to stretch your legs. Being sedentary or spending too much time hunched over a computer can lead to aches and tension in your head, neck and upper back. The Backpod was designed to help relieve these pains by setting you up for simple and effective targeted stretching.

Using the Backpod is simple: Start off by lying on your back with the device positioned between your shoulder blades. The exact positioning isn't all that important, because you're going to be moving it up and down and to out to the sides to get a broader stretch.
Bring your hands behind your head to stretch your pectoral muscles, and bend your knees up to take the load off your lower back. Stay in this stretching position for 30-60 seconds, and as you feel comfortable, you can move from side to side to get a fuller stretch and relieve pain and tightness throughout your back.

The Backpod should never be painful to use. If it is, you might be stretching too much once. A good way to lessen the intensity of the stretch is to place an additional pillow under your head or a folded towel on top of the Backpod itself.
When used regularly as instructed, the Backpod will strengthen your back and neck muscles and help pull your spine back to a pain-free position. It can alleviate tension headaches, neck pains, back soreness, symptoms of Costochondritis and help improve your overall posture.
The Backpod is a small investment that pays off big in how you feel.
