CNN's Don Lemon On Trump's 'Total Eclipse Of The Facts' In Phoenix
President Trump took himself out of context Tuesday night.

President Trump on Tuesday night delivered yet another much-maligned speech, this time doubling (or is it tripling at this point?) down on his post-Charlottesville comments during a campaign rally in Phoenix.
Trump re-read his Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday statements on the deadly violence that erupted between white nationalists and counter-protesters in the college town. But much like what he'd accuse the "fake news" media of doing, he took himself out of context. As Patch reported, "The president left out the fact that he appeared to equate the racist, neo-Nazi marchers and those who were protesting what those marchers stood for. He also left out the fact that he shared the blame on 'both sides.'"
CNN anchor Don Lemon, for one, was having none of it.

"I'm just going to speak from the heart here. What we witnessed is a total eclipse of the facts," said Lemon, who called the president "unhinged." "Someone who came out on stage and lied directly the American people and left things out that he said in an attempt to rewrite history, especially when it comes to Charlottesville."
