Dr. Phil 'Diagnoses' President Trump For Jimmy Kimmel
Dr. Phil noted President Trump's lack of "diplomacy" and "impulse control" on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" Wednesday night.

Dr. Phil McGraw stopped short of offering a definitive diagnosis of President Trump, but he offered some insights into the commander in chief's mental state while appearing as a guest on "Jimmy Kimmel Live."
"I've known Trump for a long time, and I think people can make up their own minds about whether he's diagnosable or not, but I would say that we can probably all agree that he lacks diplomacy," said McGraw.
The daytime talk show host went on to ask Kimmel, somewhat rhetorically, if he believed the president had a series of problems, including lack of impulse control. (For more national political news, sign up for the free White House Patch email newsletter.)

"I think if you go and look up certain personality disorders, you'll see some of those things appear," McGraw said. "It would be improper do diagnose him without going through the steps, but I think there'd be some things on the shortlist," he said with a smile.
