The theme of this year's display is "American Treasures," personally selected by the first lady. Many new additions, like sleek red Christmas trees, can be spotted among more traditional staples.

Don't worry, the ever-popular White House gingerbread house is on display in the State Dining Room. The National Mall and White House can be seen as this year's centerpiece of the artistic gingerbread creation.
