The context: Trump is in Germany for the G-20 summit. He is referring to former Hillary Clinton campaign chair John Podesta allegedly not cooperating with the investigation into hacks of the DNC.

The facts: As Politico points out, Podesta did not work for the DNC, so it is unclear why he would have been responsible for its server.
