Watch: Joe Biden Delivers Victory Speech In Delaware

Joe Biden has won the 2020 presidential election, according to several projections. Here's how to watch his victory speech.

WILMINGTON, DE — Hours after The Associated Press and other news organizations called the 2020 election in his favor, President-Elect Joe Biden and Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris gave acceptance speechs Saturday night from the Chase Center in Wilmington, Delaware.

The speech was also attended by incoming first lady Jill Biden and incoming second gentleman Doug Emhoff.

The projected victors and their spouses appeared at a drive-in rally before the speech, the Boston Globe reports.

New York Times projections show that as of Saturday afternoon, Biden had 279 electoral votes to President Donald Trump's 214, with four states withholding final tallies. The Associated Press's less conservative estimate gives Biden 290 with the inclusion of Arizona's 11 votes.

Ahead of Biden's victory speech, several former U.S. presidents, including Barack Obama, under whom Biden served as vice president, congratulated Harris and Biden on their win.
