Welcome to our Real Estate Blog! We are very excited to share our real estate knowledge with our fellow neighbors! We decided to write this blog specifically with the community in mind. We both have lived in the Dix Hills/ Melville area for a combined

forty years. We are active Dix Hills/Melville Civic Leaders/ Volunteers. Our children attend Half Hollow Hills High School East. We love the neighborhood and what it has to offer. We enjoy helping buyers discover the wonder of the Half Hollow Hills community as well as helping sellers prepare their property to be sold by providing them with the most up to date and localized market knowledge. We hope to provide Patch readers with helpful real estate related information as it pertains to the Half Hollow community.
