The 1st annual Bark For Life Calabasas event is being held at the Los Angeles Pet Memorial Park, which is tucked in the hills off Parkway Calabasas and is celebrating its 88th Anniversary on September 4, 2015. Los Angeles Pet Memorial Park is truly unique, because it belongs to each and every one of us. It is a place where memories live forever. S.O.P.H.I.E is a non- profit group that maintains the care of the memorial park, which is the resting place of more than 50,000 animal companions. Since Bark For Life is about Celebrating our canine companions, it felt fitting to have a Bark For Life event at the Los Angeles Pet Memorial Park as a place to celebrate our canine companions and celebrate the spirits of the beloved animals in the memorial park as we also bark back against cancer with the American Cancer Society.
