Abused and neglected children need more than the foster care and child welfare system can provide. Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for Children recruits, trains and supports citizen-volunteers who advocate for children in the community and in the courtroom. Court Appointed Special Advocates of Atlantic and Cape May Counties and its trained volunteers speak on behalf of abused and neglected children in the foster care system and are dedicated to ensuring these children are placed in safe permanent homes as quickly as possible.
