Christine Riordan currently serves as the 10th president of Adelphi University. Christine Riordan is recognized internationally as an expert in strategy, leadership development, team building, and diversity and inclusion. Since becoming the president of Adelphi University, she has implemented a unique and effective strategy to boost enrollment, increase fundraising, and gain greater recognition as a university. Not only that, but Christine Riordan has implemented new strategies to promote student success, diversity, and inclusion.

During her dr. Christine Riordan has published over 60 academic and business articles and is a frequent speaker on leadership and overcoming challenges. As of late, she is writing her own book on leadership. Not only does Dr. Riordan excel in her own leadership role, but she consults with corporations on strategy, leadership, diversity management, and team performance.
