Bio: Once a lyric soprano, Danielle received her bachelor's degree in Music at the University of Southern California and worked as an opera and theater critic for the e-zine LA2DAY before moving eastward to pursue her master's degree in Journalism. She graduated from Boston University in 2009 after interning with Boston Magazine and serving time as a TV and film critic in London. It was the Southern California sunshine and unbeatable sushi that reeled her back to West Hollywood.

When Danielle is not writing and reporting, she is going for a run, taking a yoga class, scrounging town for the best macaron or drinking excessive amounts of earl grey tea. As editor of Patch, she welcomes any suggestions and contributions, so if you spot her at Coffee Bean or find her mid-jog, please stop and say Hello!
Beliefs: I believe in the power of empathy, understanding and tolerance.
