Both Shore and Hitt serve on the Associate Leadership Council of Keller Williams Los Feliz, a body that acts as a Board of Directors for the market center, and they both have a long tradition of training and mentoring other agents. Between them they hold various designations such as Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Seniors’ Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Global Property Specialist (GPS), ePro, and hold membership in the Keller Williams Luxury Homes International division as well as the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. David is a Broker Associate and has a comprehensive knowledge of real estate, from residential sales to estates and investment properties. Before coming to Keller Williams, David was with Coldwell Banker, and with Prudential California Realty. He has been in the real estate industry since 1996 and has been recognized repeatedly with Top Producer awards such as the Chairman Circle Gold Award, and the Diamond Society Award. David specializes in Properties in Los Angeles, including Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Downtown, Santa Monica, Culver City, Brentwood, Westwood, West LA, Los Feliz, Silverlake, Burbank, Atwater Village, Cypress Park, Eagle Rock, Glassell Park, Glendale, Highland Park, Mt Washington, Montecito Heights, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Encino, and the San Fernando Valley. David is well versed in the workings of the ever changing Southern California real estate market. He enjoys giving back to the community through his involvement with local charities including animal rescue organizations and helping at-risk youth. He and his husband have been together for 20 years and live with their rescued shepherd/retriever mix.
