Elden LeGaux, Neighbor

Elden LeGaux is a highly experienced entrepreneur and business finance professional who possesses over 34 years of industry experience. He is the Founder and Chief Operations Officer of PEJAK, LLC. Elden is responsible for providing management consulting, strategic planning, and business oversight services for a variety of companies. Elden runs his company and pursues his career with a guiding set of values centered around teamwork and cooperation to produce high-quality work and build exceptional client relationships.

Outside of work, Elden LeGaux is an active volunteer in his community and has been throughout his entire career. He has served as the President of the Nate Greene Kiwanis Club, which aims to improve the lives of children. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital Foundation. In his spare time, Elden loves everything food related from cooking to trying new foods with friends. Growing up in a family with Cajun roots meant he was exposed to some delicious food as a child and he has retained that passion for cooking ever since.
