Environmental Advisory Council for the Borough of Emmaus and Upper Milford Township. Members are volunteers, appointed by the borough or township to offer an environmental perspective on issues impacting their municipalities. Efforts to date have focused on watershed protection, recycling, garbage disposal, invasive species, riparian buffers, and general public education on environmental issues.
