Elizabeth Funk is the CEO and Founder of Dignity Capital. Dignity Capital is an inventive for-profit social fund that provides funds for microfinance projects all over the world. These projects help impoverished entrepreneurs create their own businesses and rise out of poverty. Elizabeth also serves as the General Partner for DevEquity, which funds social enterprises throughout Latin America.

Elizabeth Funk started her career working at Microsoft as a project manager. She was also on one of the early teams for Microsoft Word and the founding team for Microsoft Office. She then went on to work for Yahoo! where she was a senior director. She founded Yahoo! Shopping and managed the initial design and creation of the platform. Yahoo! Shopping went on to generate more than half of the company's revenue.
