Evan S. Walsh - Realtor, Neighbor

Hello, my name is Evan Walsh. I am a 20 year resident of Dover, MA and graduated from Dover-Sherborn High School. I also spent time as Head Lifeguard at the town Sherborn's Farm Pond. I attended St. Anselm's College in NH, for Small Business Management and later Northeastern University for Sales and Marketing. I purchased my first home in Medfield at 26, where I lived for 10 years. I also recently completed rehabbing a antique home in Franklin. I joined my parents Richard and Sheila Walsh in 2003, who were already top producing agents in their own right and we began The Walsh Team. I got my first real sales and marketing opportunity working and managing a Ski Market in Dedham before a nine year sales and management career, at the Wayland Country Club. For real estate, my primary focus has been integrating technology, managing multiple websites, and incorporating social media and blogging, as part of my day to day marketing efforts. In 2009 I attended a 2-year social media training program and was named the Social Media Marketing Consultant for the William Raveis Real Estate offices in Wellesley and South Natick. Most recently, I was honored by being named the 2014 Chairman of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors Communications Committee. I am also a New Construction specialist, working very closely with builders, plumbers and electricians and I maintain strong working relationships with a variety of vendor's, including Ferguson's Lighting and Plumbing in Franklin, Creative Cabinets in Walpole, New View Marble & Granite in Franklin, Jarvis Appliance in Wellesley and Leo's Tile and Flooring in Walpole. I have since moved back to Medfield in 2014 with my wife Stephanie.
