Ezra is the Executive Director & CEO at Wellspring Center for Prevention. As Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. His duties include: Implementing the agency's strategic plan; Planning for program services, staffing, physical resources, and funding; Monitoring implementation of policies and procedures to assure programs and services are delivered effectively and efficiently; and Establishing and maintaining working relationships with community groups, service providers, government offices, and the media. Ezra also continues to develop print and electronic publications for the Council and manage the agency's web sites and social media efforts

He also developed key re-positioning strategies for multi-media launch of NY Lottery’s “All You Need Is A Dollar and A Dream” campaign reversing a downward trend and increasing sales by 39% while winning a Gold Effie.
