Ezra is the Executive Director & CEO at Wellspring Center for Prevention. As Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. His duties include: Implementing the agency's strategic plan; Planning for program services, staffing, physical resources, and funding; Monitoring implementation of policies and procedures to assure programs and services are delivered effectively and efficiently; and Establishing and maintaining working relationships with community groups, service providers, government offices, and the media. Ezra also continues to develop print and electronic publications for the Council and manage the agency's web sites and social media efforts

Ezra is skilled in marketing, repositioning, strategic business planning and market development, effective resource planning and allocation, people management and consensus building and persuasive communication and interface with all management levels. Ezra’s key Accomplishments include: the total re-branding of NCADD of Middlesex County that have, thus far, resulted in increased awareness for the non-profit organization; the coordination and implementation of a multi-faceted advertising, promotional and public relations efforts for The Community FoodBank of New Jersey’s Check Out Hunger efforts resulting in a substantial increase in program awareness, cooperation by major area supermarkets and contributions. He also developed key re-positioning strategies for multi-media launch of NY Lottery’s “All You Need Is A Dollar and A Dream” campaign reversing a downward trend and increasing sales by 39% while winning a Gold Effie. Ezra’s marketing experience include work for not-for-profits, financial services firms, travel & tourism accounts, consumer goods, healthcare firms, as well as higher education institutions
