A Force For Positive Change

The California Warriors Baseball Program (CW) and the First Base Foundation (FBF) were founded in 2003. The mission of the First Base Foundation is to promote equal opportunities in the pursuit of higher education and playing college baseball, regardless of race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic background. The California Warriors Baseball Program is the vehicle used to accomplish this. FBF, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, provides scholarships to California Warriors players who need them. This makes the California Warriors Travel Baseball Program financially accessible to all families and allows the foundation to transform lives through positive mentorship and combat inequality by providing a healthy space for student athletes of different socioeconomic backgrounds to interact with one another. We also offer a Cpach Development Program and a Summer Opportunity Program providing positive mentorship and employment opportunities.
