Frank Costanzo's roots descend deep into the New Haven School System. He is the Chief of School Operations for the Norwalk's 20 public schools, a graduate of Hamden High School, and the former Principal for New Haven's Cooperative Arts and Humanities High School. He works tirelessly to to guide the 11,700 students he oversees. Frank's servant-leadership has included raising college enrollment and persistence rates, helping to ensure the second largest percentage increase on the Next Generation Accountability Index for K-12 district for the Norwalk school district, and raising four-year high school graduates rates to 96% in just a few short years.

Frank earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Quinnipiac University, a Master’s of Arts in Teaching from Brown University, a Master’s of Education in Education Leadership from Harvard University, and finally a Doctor’s of Education in Organization and Leadership from Columbia University.

Frank Costanzo is as passionate about good education as he is about good leadership, something he believes must be lived in tandem in order to enact the most positive changes. His focus has been primarily on helping urban school systems reform and renew.

In addition to his professional career, Frank Costanzo is a loving husband and father to three amazing children.
