Ian Ruzow, Neighbor

Ian Ruzow is a businessman and entrepreneur from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. He and his business partners founded Oak Tree Development Group in 2004, and their current project is 48 on the Park in Lititz, PA. Prior to working with Oak Tree, Ian Ruzow was the COO of Clipper Magazine, which he and his business partners founded while still in college. One of Ian's other interests is philanthropy. His wife is heavily involved with a national charity called BeSomeone Worldwide.
