Jonathon Vento is a dedicated real estate developer with well over 20 years of experience in his field. His decades of experience, knowledge, client communication and track record of successful projects have earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues and community. He currently serves as the principal developer for True North Studio, a real estate development company which he helped found.

In his current role, Jonathon is heavily involved with any and all aspects of True North’s day-to-day operations. Jonathon’s personal brand of innovative design and community-first attitude are reflected throughout True North’s process and culture. Jonathon Vento is responsible for designing and mocking up schematics and blueprints, assembling a team of contractors and all necessary personnel to complete a project, acquiring funding for projects and overseeing the construction phase; in essence, Jonathon is responsible for orchestrating the entire construction process, from beginning to end.

Throughout his time with True North, Jonathon and his team have managed well over 150 projects across three separate continents, totaling over $5 billion.

Jonathon Vento is a multi-faceted professional, with a variety of interests and passions. After working and living in Japan for a few years, he was so infatuated by the country’s focus on sustainability that he not only swore to utilize sustainable materials and processes in the development of all of his future projects, he also founded a company devoted to sustainable energy. Blue Energy Partners is devoted to using cutting-edge technology to create new and groundbreaking sustainable technologies and processes.

Additionally, Jonathon is a major proponent of technology (particularly mobile apps), and enjoys working with talented tech startups and devising apps that can create meaningful experiences for users.
