I serve as a proactive community, media and legislative relationship maker and facilitator in promoting, managing and strengthing the State Farm brand among communities throughout Florida.

I manage, coordinate and promote State Farm philanthropic, educational, and loss mitigation efforts in Florida. I encourage and facilitate State Farm associates engagement in our communities through our philanthropy and public relations campaigns.

I lead State Farm Florida as the primary Hispanic media spokesperson. I have also served as a claims representative, community and media specialist in at least 10 hurricanes and other catastrophes across the USA.
