Josh holds his Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Northwood University and after graduate, became involved in the construction of various residential and commercial projects. With nearly two decades in the real estate industry, Josh has garnered experience as both a developer and general contractor. Able to excel in both, Josh is able to become more involved in the entirety of the real estate process.

An extensive background provides Joshua McAlees the skills necessary to head Capital Construction and Development. With Josh's lead, the company has since built over $200 million in commercial and residential projects in Florida. One of Josh's current residential projects is 3621 South Ocean, a development of luxurious beach homes nestled in the sand of Highland Beach.
