Pediatric Specialists of Virginia (PSV) is a public charity with tax exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. PSV was created as a non-profit medical group practice by Children's National Health System and Inova to be focused exclusively on caring for children.
