Sheriff's deputies say the suspect threw a rock through the window of the Victoria's Secret store before breaking in and stealing clothes.

Born in Chicago, Justin Ove moved with his family to Georgia in 1992. Always a gifted writer, Justin was encouraged to pursue a writing career, be it as an author or newspaper reporter. A 2006 graduate of Northview High School in Duluth, Justin first attended Young Harris College then moved to Atlanta to study Journalism at Georgia State University.
