Catalyst Counseling of Connecticut, Neighbor

I am a visionary social worker, licensed drug and alcohol counselor, and co-owner of Catalyst Counseling of Connecticut, LLC. I work in the behavioral health field and specialize in the treatment of substance abuse and addictive disorders as well as eating disorders with a particular aptitude for working with individuals who suffer from binge eating disorder. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I consider myself an eclectic treatment provider, well versed in cognitive behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavioral (DBT), Inner Child, Seeking Safety, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative therapies. I have been working in the behavioral health field since 2009 and am interested in networking and collaborative opportunities that will help me continue to move forward in my life's work.
