Kirsten Velasco is a Medical Cannabis Patient Advocate and Public Speaker. As a Board member of Illinois Women in Cannabis, (not for profit https://www.ilwomenincannabis.org/ ) she created and executed the first and second, all volunteer Cannabis Education Campaign. Partnering grass roots education with digital communities, The Medical Cannabis Community provides comprehensive outreach to fill the gap created by advertising restrictions. As Education Outreach Manager, Kirsten connects the community to embrace the medical potential and demystify the murky world of cannabis.
