Len’s management positions include Human Resources Director, Plant Manager, General Manager, Management Consulting, Sales and Sales Manager; leadership experience: sales training, communication training and team building resources.

Len currently facilitates Employment Support Group in New Hope PA; I have watched people come into our support group upset, angry and have given up! Within a short period of time they begin to change. As you begin to gain confidence, keeping yourself focused and your attitude begins to change in a very positive way. I often say “a job seekers attitude is shown on the sleeve of their shirt.” We can’t hide our attitude in the employment process. Never give-up!
