BEYOND BELIEF SENIOR THEATRE

“ON THE ROAD AGAIN”

Beyond Belief Senior Theatre is a non-profit (501c3) senior theatre troupe that produces Main stage Variety Shows each fall. Portions of the show are then performed for area civic organizations and senior communities throughout the Metro Detroit area. This “Young at Heart” cast ranges in age from 57 to 92 and share one common goal-“Sharing the Joy of Music”.

Each year director, Marilee Dechart, selects a theme for the show. .Last year the cast set sail on a musical voyage. They now have left the comfort of their fictitious cruise ship and now are “On the Road Again” and heading west! Trenda Baldridge serves as Musical Director. Mary Lou Montville is the choreographer for Beyond Belief.

Several of our pioneers, cowboys, gamblers and dance girls have shared our stage for decades and some of them have only recently joined us. You’re sure to meet all kinds of folks…some plain and simple townspeople, a few roughneck cowboys, a city slicker or two and just about everybody in between. Come join us for a hand-clappin’, knee slappin’ afternoon as we sing and dance to Country and Western favorites.

Novi United Methodist Church graciously serves as our “Home of the Range” by providing rehearsal space since our group was formed in 2014. We are excited to announce that we have recently formed a partnership with Novi Community School District’s Community Education Department and will be performing in the beautifully renovated Novi High School Auditorium. So…dust off those boots, grab your hat and travel west with Beyond Belief. They are “On the Road Again”! Tickets are available now.
