Carl Ivan, Community Contributor

Carl is a resident of Midlothian since 1968, a graduate of Spaulding, Bremen High School and Moraine Valley Community College. He is also an Eagle Scout from Troop 315 out of Raday Lodge. His business experience in the Computer Industry, gave him opportunities to design systems that break down complex processes that assisted users in their day to day work life.

He loves working with people and listening to their ideas and has volunteered to be part of the Village of Midlothian's Beautification Committee, Technology Committee and Director of Election Judges for Bremen Township. Recently the voters of Midlothian choose him to represent them as a Village Trustee. Carl has develop a working relationship with the Cook County Clerk’s outreach programs as a Deputy Registrar and as an Election Judge and Equipment Manager for Early and Election Day Voting. One of Carl’s passions is to educate people, so he is working with the Midlothian Public Library to develop and teach patrons about technology and gardening and how they can interact with it.
